Concor Developments boasts a rich history, established within its predecessor companies—Murray & Roberts Properties and Murray & Roberts Concessions. Today, Concor Developments focuses on two key areas: (i) Property Development, primarily in residential and retail sectors, and (ii) Infrastructure Investments and Developments, specializing in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Concession Contracts.
Well known Property Developments include Bedford Gardens in Johannesburg, Mooikloof Country Residences in Pretoria and the Constantia development in Cape Town. Additionally, Concor has been involved in notable PPP’s such as the Chapman’s Peak Drive, N1 Bakwena Platinum Highway and N3 Toll Road Concessions, as well as the Gautrain Bombela Concession Company.
