Concor’s Whistleblowing Policy is designed to reinforce our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct across all levels, including staff, contractors, and stakeholders. We are committed to ensuring that anyone who reports concerns through our designated channels are protected from victimization.
In accordance with the Protected Disclosures Act 26 of 2000, Concor adheres to all legal requirements to safeguard employees who make disclosures in good faith. Our Whistleblowing Policy supports disclosure through the establishment of the independently managed Tip-Offs Anonymous Line, which allows stakeholders to report actual or suspected violations without fear of retaliation or victimization.
