Code of Business Ethics
Concor’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct provides a framework based on the highest standards of competence, integrity, and ethical behaviour. It ensures compliance with legal requirements and fosters an ethical culture by promoting and encouraging right, and fair conduct.
The Board, executive management, and all employees are committed to a zero-tolerance approach towards unethical behaviour and are responsible for addressing such issues promptly. This policy applies to all internal and external stakeholders, including directors, officers, employees, suppliers, representatives, consultants, and partners, regardless of location, while conducting business on behalf of Concor.
