Concor Building is an operating division of Concor Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of leading construction and engineering Group, Murray & Roberts, operating mainly in the formal building sector throughout South Africa, mainly focused on Gauteng.
The division is well known for its capacity to successfully execute major developments and projects across the full spectrum of the building industry, with focused pro-active and experienced teams committed to delivering and completing projects on time, within budget and exceeding client expectations.
Concor Building has played a significant role in a number of high profile and prestigious projects in South Africa. Through leveraging the synergy of sister Concor operating divisions and the broader Murray & Roberts Group, Concor Building is able to engage larger more unusual technical projects, such as the new OR Tambo International Airport North Pier in Johannesburg, Ushaka Island Marine Theme Park in Durban, Freedom Park, the Department of Foreign Affairs in Pretoria and the Holiday Inn in Rivonia.
